Rarity closed her little laptop and paced around. She had to go and see Applejack, finally. She was so excited! Yet, she was also very nervous. She looked at herself in a mirror of the apartment's restroom and groaned. Ew, her hair. She pulled on it and frowned, then squished around her face with her palms. So ugly. Not to mention the cut on her forehead and back of her arm, the claw scratching on her right let. Rarity groaned again and whined, practically crying. "They cannot see me like this!" she moaned, turning and marching around the room she had commandeered. Clothing....clothing. Something to hide behind. Something to make her look pretty.
Nothing.
She went back into the wash room and changed her top for the fourteenth time, putting on a skinny little top that showed off more skin rather than less. At least it was kind of cute, and comfortable. On her legs, a flowing, black maxi skirt that swept the ground. At least that would hide her leg wound. She wanted to downplay this as much as possible. So she pulled on a greying knit cardigan to cover her arms, and lastly tied on her silky kerchief, which had some rips in it from her trip into the forest. She would, however, be damned for not hiding her nasty white-blond hair.
Rarity then marched out, not satisfied with her appearance and so she made it quickly to the giant tower. She wore no shoes. She didn't even know what the heck shoes were. When she made it to the tower, she sighed, and relaxed. Then something talked at her and her eyes went wide.
"Hello?" she blinked, makeup-less feeling awful and disgusting and trying to hide under the shadow of her kerchief that kept her hair hidden. Ugh. Ugh!
The worst possible thing.
"Welcome," said the voice. "Please state your name and business."
"I am Rarity, here to see Applejack!" she shout loudly. The voice returned as a door opened.
