"I don't know." He sniffled, unable to hold it back. He wasn't going to fall apart. He kept telling himself over and over again. He couldn't let her see him like that. "I don't have them as often as I used to, but they're still pretty often." He shifted a little so he could look at her. He refused to let the tears fall but his eyes were still a little red. "The only time I've managed to sleep through the night is when you've worn me out to the point that I pass out." He cleared his throat. "We can't exactly do that every night."
