Tony shifted so that he was laying down and wrapped his arms around her middle, his head against her chest. He closed his eyes tight, trying to hold back everything that wanted to come spilling out. He needed to be stronger than this. He didn't want her to see him fall apart.
"I can't even say the name of the city without having a panic attack. I grew up there, have lived there for a long time, and I can't say it. I can't think about it without seeing those images...." He cleared his throat. His voice was starting to shake a little. "Everything is just....too much."
