Bruce worked as quickly as he could to staunch the flow of blood and repair the vessels. He chuckled absently as he tried to listen to the men talking about where they came from. "City rats, huh? I'll have to teach you how to live in a place without noise at night." he glanced up and noticed how drowsy Tom looked. That wasn't good. Bruce finished his stitches and undid the clamp, praying to a god that it worked.
