Steve let out a soft sigh when she approved of the drink. He knew it wasn't exactly the most important thing in the world to be worrying about but he enjoyed being able to make her things she liked. "I agree, totally different." he smiled softly as he listened to her, nodding lightly. "That does sound great. The only beach I ever went to was Coney Island and I loved it, even if Bucky made me ride the roller coaster." It was still tough for him, to think about the other man, but he was trying to be better about it. He'd been a part of his life since grade school and he wanted to share his past with Peggy the way she talked about hers, it was hard to do that if he refused to think about his friend.
"Yeah, she's a real good teacher, even if I still manage to muck up everything but those cookies." he laughed softly, well aware of his tendency to burn one side of things and overseason at times. He ate another one of the cookies himself before finally steeling up with a deep breath, glancing over to her. "You know, I do...think about those things too."
