She took the shake of his head to mean no and despite wanting to know more about how he'd joined the carnival, Isra held her tongue. She knew the annoyance of being asked too many questions well enough herself. Isra applauded politely when the man next her did, nodding as he explained that his brother did get scared, but conquered that and ultimately enjoyed it. It looked like it would be enjoyable if you could get passed being terrified.
Speaking of fear, Isra looked a little perturbed at the mention of clowns. "Clowns?" she whispered back to be sure. Isra had seen more nightmares about them than dreams, but he didn't seem worried, and when they came out Isra thought they didn't look threatening at all. They were silly and she found herself smiling again soon enough.
