Who: Grey and Malc Where: Happy Fun Land What: The morning after When: Tuesday Morning Rating: High for them Open: Nope Status: Closed/Ongoing Getting off the island, getting Malcolm away from clueless fuckwits had been one of Grey’s better ideas. The arcades and the rest of it didn’t hold much interest, but there were hotels and while Grey wasn’t really once for fancy places like the one she’d taken him to she thought it might make a nice change, though really anything that wasn’t the island was enough of a change really. It seemed to be getting worse. The new arrivals all seemed to be particularly clueless and narrow minded. Just what the place needed. And she was so pissed off with Clint for getting him into this, against his will. Jesus why were people so fucking useless? She could have got angry, and really she had, but it was pointless. She was too human, too easily hurt, she didn’t even know self-defence. Something she probably should’ve looked into by now really. Still talking Malcolm aware was definitely the better plan. And he certainly didn’t seem to have any complaints. She hadn’t give him chance to start ranting once they’d found a room in the hotel. She’d made sure he was well and truly distracted the moment they were alone and any stress, well she’d dealt with that straight away, if he’d been able to think about anything but her and the things she was doing to his lovely body she’d have taken it personally, but luckily it seemed she’d done what she’d wanted, not that she hadn’t got anything out of the night. But then that was the wonder of Malcolm, the wonder of them. Everything they did together always seemed to be mutually beneficial and the night before had been no exception.
Now she was sleeping the sleep of the well fucked, her arm draped protectively over Malcolm’s chest because that was how she slept now with random limbs thrown over him. She’d slept soundly, but now she was waking slowly, turning towards the heat of his body as her arm tightened a little around him, and then with a bit of smile she opened her eyes to see him. God he was lovely, just waking up next to him made her feel like maybe everything wasn’t quite so shit. Only this morning was a little different, his eyes were already open and if she didn’t know any matter she would’ve been saw he was watching her.
“You do sleep, right?” she asked, stretching out against him. “I mean you don’t just stay awake watching me sleep, do you? Only that might be a little bit creepy.”
