It didn't take him long after they'd been messaging each other for Robin to get to Maryanne's apartment. He'd been spending some time in the forest, getting an idea of the lay of the land. So far he hasn't encountered any of the dangerous creatures he had been told were out there. But he doubted it would be long before he did.
For now, though, he had a date with an old friend and her son. He was looking forward to seeing her again, and he suspected she could use some cheering up. She'd sounded downright depressed. Or read that way, since he hasn't actually heard her as yet. He, on the other hand, was feeling good at the moment. Very good. Sure he was in yet another new place. But he'd found out Marian was here, as well as other friends of his he'd known ion the train, and unlike the train, he had the opportunity to stretch his legs, to actually do something of use. And protecting people was what he was most used to, after all.
Once he reached the door he knocked, bow clasped loosely in his other hand.
