Who? Everyone! Where? A lecture hall, same as last time. When? Saturday, 3PM What? It's another town hall meeting! Open? Yes
While the set up is similar to the first town hall meeting, it is clear that a few adjustments have been made as different issues have been raised.
On about the fifth row, there is a paper sign at each end stating "perception filter for under 10s in effect beyond this point" with an arrow showing which direction he means. Neville will also have created a kid's corner, which is a magical bubble that muffles the sound from the meeting while allowing the children to remain in the room. Alexander will mention this early on in his opening statements, so anyone can choose to use it. Philip, however, will sit in an unfiltered area with Maryellen.
Alexander has also asked Neville to provide a protective magical barrier to anyone who gets up to speak. Along the front of the podium is a low, blue flame, that will only rise up and knock back anyone who intends to cause harm to the current speaker (think of the magical age ring in the Goblet of Fire).
Dean (blue) and Steve have been asked to act as security if necessary, but hopefully it will not be needed.
Everyone will receive an agenda, as before. Alexander will give a brief introduction, mentioning the charms in place, thanking the medical staff for their fantastic work. Then, he thanks Abigail Hobbs for the suggestion of a minutes silence, to remember those who are no longer with us - Hannah Hale and her children, Isabela Madrigal, Katarin Tavehi, James Kushim, Prudence, Sidda Blishwick, Adrian, Ritchie Tozer.
Then onto the agenda! (which I will post under headings below)
