Sarah grinned up at him, as she scooted close, because she noticed that he hadn't noticed that she'd fallen back. It was alarming how tired he was. Her head rested gently against his arm, for a second, as they walked along. "Mi amour, thoughts about you are constant. Because you have to be the most wonderful husband, and friend, a woman like me could ever ask for."
She lifted her head off of his arm, because she didn't want to throw off his balance. "I think someone's going to pinch me and I'll wake up, and it would have all been a dream." And their second anniversary had just passed in December. "But then I get up and see you being super adorable, either with the kids, or Mouse, or just by yourself, and when I had thought I couldn't possibly be in love with you more, I'm bursting at the seams with it, you sneak in and stuff in some more."
