"Sometimes." She said with a gentle nod. "I have a few spells I can do with just a gesture. Some I can do by simply writing them. It all depends. But primarily, yeah, talking backwards to cast my spells is a family tradition." It could be more complex than that at times but she wasn't in the mood to get too deep into how her magic worked unless he was genuinely curious. She reached out and touched his bottle with a light tap from her fingernail. "Llifer siht elttob." By the time her hand dropped back down to her side the vodka level in the bottle rose back up to full, stopping just before spilling over. "You have to be careful sometimes," she said after a drink from her own bottle. "Can't just say fill because it could fill it with something else. Can't just say more because then it might not stop flowing. Can't say vodka or whatever because it could turn the glass to vodka and that would be a waste. And yes, I learned all of that the hard way." She grinned, "And then I learned how to get alcohol stains out of my rugs."
