Re: Peter / Bond
Just watching Peter in action was exhausting and made Bond's head spin, and that was saying something. He was no stranger to fast-paced action, but this was really quite over the top.
"Yeah, yeah... clever," he muttered at the little pun, and practically rolled his eyes. It was like fighting alongside a hyperactive, yet potentially deadly toddler.
"Jesus Christ..." he muttered, and hit the trigger switch. There was a slow beep that grew more urgent, and then an smoke explosion disabled the majority of the men webbed and confused in the middle.
As for the ones out of the blast radius and heading for Peter, Bond made short work of them. They were so distracted by all the drama Peter was causing that it was the simplest act in the world to put a bullet in the heads of the closest two. Bond felt no regret about it, and why should he? They were shooting to kill, not wound. He was just returning the favour.
