Re: Dean/Enj/Open
It was more than a little strange to be back here with a massive dragon man. For all he had warned Marius about it, there was really no explaining Dean until you had seen Dean for yourself.
"Tu étiez sérieux..." Marius gaped, and Enjolras gave him a wry smile. "Je suis toujours sérieux," he retorted, as if it were the most obvious thing in the world.
Marius, it was clear, was still suffering injury from the battle only a short while ago for him. Enjolras was glad to have been able to take him to Sophia for a once over as well as his vaccinations that he would never have received without interference from the station. It was good to know he could still protect his friend, even if he wasn't able to stay in this world much longer.
As Dean stepped forward, Enjolras pointed his weapon at the troops in front of them. He wouldn't hesitate to shoot to kill if he had to. These men had shot him eight times to ensure he was certainly deceased, he wouldn't spare his fire.
The military opened fire, and Enjolras could feel his heart racing and his head spinning. As much as he'd acted brave in front of his people, the sound of that gunfire took him immediately back to the barricade. He instinctively expected his friends to start falling around him, but this time it didn't happen. The bullets just bounced off of the dragon.
With his more modern weapon in hand, Enjolras fired a quick succession of shots, taking out a couple of men as Dean marched towards them.
