Annie stood up, placing her hands up on either side of her body in a placative stance. "I understand that. I understand what you are saying. But the consequences of what we all do affect everyone around us. I don't think you ever did intend for alternate versions to die or be hurt but they were."
"That is the truth." she sighed before continuing. Her tone was flat, the statement carrying so much weight without the tone or emotion it should possess. "One I know all too well."
As she took a few steps forward she stood alongside Bonnie and looked out over the park, past it's boundaries and out towards the stars and space, placing her hands in the pockets of her flightsuit. Her mind cast back to that calm in the storm before the plans she had subconsciously clicked into place in front of her. A plan she had no memory of creating that came flooding back like the crashing of rain after a crack of lightning.
She turned her head sideways towards Bonnie and considered the woman next to her. Pretty, a being made of light and all of it's qualities. Such a being in the Worlds of Progress would have been a rarity. Annie agreed with her in parts, that she wasn't necessarily a bad person or evil. A few days ago, her mind may have changed.
"I can't tell you different. But like your Blank, she is my friend. I will speak to her about this but I must forgive her. I hope that others may gift me the same understanding..." she trailed off her gaze returning to the stars.
