"I can work on a few things with what access I have. Everyone has a portable device and access to the wide broadcast frequencies here... it should be a simple solution that those of us with devices can access, whilst piggybacking on the station's network. That will ensure that the computers here don't get information on us other than locational data which I presume it already has. Then I would just need to set up an alert when the pool of devices changes on a given frequency or netwo-" she caught herself rambling, her cyberbrain already writing the code as she went.
