"It has a heart?" He knew that much, but that was about it. He doubt that it was really a heart, not a natural one of tissue and blood at least. But there was something and it was important. He'd never been a scientist, or one of those who just seemed to understand the technology, or someone who had powers, and having grown up in this place just sort of...accepted it without much question. It was magic and it did what it did and you were at its mercy. That was all that mattered. "There are others who could probably explain it better." Maybe the ones here knew more.

He took a few steps closer then, curled into himself in a small subconscious effort to seem smaller than he already was. Non-threatening.
