Eggsy had found Kat, just like he'd said he would. That was easy enough, but he knew her. Her friend, though? She was going to take some work.
His eyes glowed faintly as he glanced this way and that while they looked around, but nothing looked right. Not yet, at least. The powers that Loki had given him were odd, and not what he'd wanted all all, fuck no. He'd wanted the shapeshifting abilities he'd experienced during a long-ago body switch with the Norse god, and had gone through the excruciating months-long process in the hopes that he'd gain something similar. But he hadn't. Instead, he'd developed the ability to find things. Objects, people, answers, whatever was being looked for. Not instantly, either. Of course he wouldn't get that bloody lucky. He couldn't just look at a map or a floorplan and point at where he needed to go to. No, he still had to go out and hunt for what he was looking for, much like his job back home. Except now he had one hell of a helping hand, nudging him in the right direction every time there was a choice to be made.
And none of these fucking corridors were right. "Your friend's fucking aces at hiding, Kat. Might get her to give me some pointers when we find her," he said, stopping where he was and looking all round him. The slight glow behind his eyes became more pronounced as he concentrated. Where was right? Where was the nudge? Where did he need to g- oh. He pointed back the way they'd come from and started walking in that direction.
