"Yeah, I'm kinda interested too" he replied with a nod, opening up the metal bottle he had tucked in his bag. He lifted it up to his lips to take a long, healthy drink from it. He should have had a drink earlier. Before he got started but he had been too eager to get into things and play around. It was no wonder he was so skinny. Well, that and his time living rough in Seattle, and on the other station. They both played their parts.
While he appreciated her compliments, he found himself a little stuck for words at her question. Well, it wasn't like they were working against one another on the station.
"Yeah I guess you could say that" he replied, putting the lid back on the bottle. "I was never the suit type. Kinda had to do everything on my own. I never had the financial backing to get the top of the line equipment, so I pieced mine together and modified it. I made my own programmes and worked on them as much as I could with what I had too" he shrugged. "We seem to be from kinda similar timelines? Kinda. I mean, your stuff seems ahead of me. And I'm not gonna lie, it'd be a dream to be able to have access to the sorta tech you have. You're really good. Like, really really good"
