This Miguel hadn't said much, but it was enough to assure Cuddy that he was mentally aware. "Yes, you're on the station. Not your original station." She replied, wanting to be clear that he hadn't been sent back to his home universe. "In a room on medbay." She added, hoping his station had never given him a reason to fear doctors and treatment. She didn't want to consider another her, or worse, other versions of her children on that other station and what it might have driven them to do to survive.
"The wires you can feel are there for monitoring your condition, and you have iv lines for fluid and medication. Nothing is there to restrain you. I'm trusting you to stay in bed until I clear you to get up." Cuddy explained and paused there, giving him a chance to speak before asking the standard. "How are you feeling?"
