Of course, Erandur had less than zero ideas of her thoughts and feelings on how he looked. Who he looked like. How it would affect her so. Though, it was easy to see the tension within her, her body language.
He was far too polite to ask her as to why she seemed this way.
"Thank you." Erandur was nothing if not polite. Slowly, he sat down on the couch, easing his cane on the side while groaning out softly from the pains that shot through out his entire body. The majority of it was easy enough to ignore.
"My condolences to what happened to your son. I... I tried." There was a hint of remorse in what those last words, though he couldn't fully defeat Higgs, he hoped what he learned from their fight would be enough for the second round. "I just hope now that that bastard thinks twice about harming another child." His voice took a grim, serious turn with that sentence.
"That..." Erandur could not even fathom to use the word 'man' in reference to Higgs. "He'll pay for all that he's done. In more than just his blood." There was a groaned pause from him as he further situated himself on the couch.
