It hadn't taken much for his daughter-in-law to convince Erandur to come to the hotel. The people he needed to strategize with were here, as was his grandchild. Plus, the bed in his room was far more comfortable than the one in the Med Bay.
For the moment, he was walking with a cane, his body was still healing, though it was slower than usual due to that damned rain Higgs cast upon him. He still looked older than he should, but it was slowly regressing. Erandur had felt the magical pressure that Katherine was giving off. How could he not? It was powerful, undisciplined, raw, but powerful.
"Howdy, miss..." He trailed off for a moment as he stepped into the lobby. He was placing her in his mind, Johnn and Scarlet had given him a full run down of how to use the contraption in his jean's pocket. At least so that he could place faces to names. Though, the Dragonborn knew of her through Ben.
"Katherine, right?" He questioned, his learned South Western accent in full effect. Those blues eyes glanced between her and the book she currently had open. He took a few steps toward the table, his attention still on the book until he reached his stopping point. Which was decidedly a yard or so away from her.
