Re: Pre into Post-Lockdown, Outside, Open.
She had to remind herself that everyone was in the same position, that her being human was no reason to not have come here. She wasn't the only one trapped after all, it was just one of those things. This couldn't have just been left to someone else, so what if there were people more used to this kind of thing, that was beside the point.
Grey wasn't thinking nearly as clearly as Malcolm was, possibly because she'd heard the whole thing about experiments and subjects, plus all she wanted to do was get to him, on the other side of the door, only her mind wasn't offering her any way to do that, so all she wasn't doing was pressing her hand against the metal, rather pathetically. She wasn't sure she wanted to hide, she wasn't sure she wanted to do much of anything other than stay here as long as she could, at least until the lights came back on and then...well then she had a cricket bat and the desire to use it. "I'm gonna be okay, you know?" she called back. "Just...y'know remember this is me we're talking about. And I'm pretty fucking pissed off right now. Love you, Malc. Pour me a vodka, yeah? I won't be long."
