A frown crossed his face when he mentioned having lost a son. Though not a son, he knew that pain all too well, he himself delved into darker arts after it had happened. Trying to find a way to bring her back, even if meant trading his own life. After nearly a century of trying, he had given up, realizing it would be selfish of him to do so. Though, to this day he had never truly moved on.
Erandur stared at Higgs for a moment, contemplating his words carefully. There was still something about his wording that felt off. But, he felt that those this is what she would have wanted, for him to help. With that notion in mind, he raised the bottle and poured more for Higgs.
