The Watcher raised a hand towards Higgs, the man's face slowly covered with gold fractals until Dan was face to face with a golden skull. "It was given to me by the first EE." he says, his eyes darting briefly to the Watcher. "The particle of God that permeates all existence."
Higgs leaned in close, his face parallel to Dan's, his grip tight like a vice. "I don't know you are here...." he whispered gently. "Yet."
The grip on Dan's shoulders began to loosen as the Higgs and the Watcher faded into ashy particles again, leaving an after image of the Golden skull. Dan was once again alone on the beach.
