"I didn't." He admitted, "Though watching you is a much more fun prospect compared to some of the machines." Watching her was better than most things really, no matter what she was doing. He felt the same about Edward, they were both endlessly fascinating, even when Jacob thought he'd known everything there was to know about the pirate even before he met him. He could have happily spent the rest of his days just being in the same room as them, simply watching them and being a part of their lives. With any luck that would be his fate, or at least he would be blessed with years with the two of them. He was a lot less confident when it came to how much time he would have with them now, but he wouldn't let sad thoughts take him when he had the chance to watch her move.
"We've been in here often enough to fiddle around with most things." He admitted. He and Edward spent a great deal of time together, if not all of their time. Not only was it a part of living together but they ended up having similar goals and thoughts most days. They worked well together and they hadn't found a way to do much damage to themselves or to the station so it was fine. For now. "A lot of trial and error, but we haven't injured ourselves yet. He almost brought the pull-up stand, or whatever it may be called, down with a one-handed handstand on that top bar there. It was quite the show."
He saw no problems at all with telling on Eddie when he got a little reckless, it made up for whenever he would make Jacob blush just to amuse himself.
"Are you hoping I'll show you just how strong I am?" He asked with a smile, tilting his head a little as his eyes ran appreciatively over Bryn's form again. "It has been a while since I've tried to test my limits. Haven't needed to prove it in ages."
