"This place did not seem to wait until I was ready," She said affectionately scritching behind one of Sif's ears when she came close again. She had a soft spot for the wolf and not only because she belonged to Artorias. She hadn't been denied anything in her childhood, that included pets and she'd always had a fondness for animals, but all were given up when she officially entered her training to become on of the Lord's Blades. She found she missed the companionship, but Sif had gone some way to relieving her feelings of loss in that way. The wolf seemed to enjoy the attention if her reaction to Ciaran appearing was to be believed. "The only thing delay does is give me time to speculate and come to incorrect conclusions."
And speaking of that gave her a little more time to prepare how she was going to fill Artorias in on everything he had missed.
"Perhaps you can share the lighter of the information you have on this place as we walk? If you seek to ease me into whatever strangeness there is here, that is." She glanced toward the buildings. "And perhaps thou can assist me in finding lodging as it seems I will be here for some time. I have not had a proper rest in some time."
