"Hm," he put his mug down for a moment and turned just a little to look out over the other patrons and beyond to what he could see of the outside. "It's a bit strange, isn't it?" He asked as he brought his eyes back to Edward. "It looks like something from the past yet there are things here that look as they are just as, if not more, futuristic than what is on the station. It's definitely nothing like the Asgard I pictured when they made us read the Eddas and Sagas, but this has to be a different place entirely. Just with the same name."
Jacob wasn't a believer in the supernatural. Everything had an explanation, either it was trickery or something from the precursors like the pieces of Eden. He wasn't so rude as to assert that when those on the network had told him about the supernatural beings he supposedly lived close to, but he didn't exactly believe them.
"This mead though, it tastes like danger." he chuckled to himself before lifting his mug again for another drink.
