The club looked more like something that would have belonged on earth. Polished wood panels lined the walls. The bar itself was of a different kind of wood, darker, harder, with three wooden 'poles' one on each end, and one on the middle. Leather lined stools, with backs, sat before the bar, and if one touched it, it was clear it was finely cared for leather, it was soft and supple. Meant to be stroked. Besides the four copper tubs that lined one wall, with screens should the user be more modest than some, tables for the convenience of having a drink or a smoke and brass racks for the users clothes, clean towels, and bathing gowns for the ones that required them. There were deep comfortable chairs, covered in the same cared for leather as the stools, with tables placed that they would be useful. There were also gaming tables tucked close to the wall opposing the tubs. Snooker, pool, various card tables, a roulette wheel, and one for dice. With room to add should the need grow. But none of the booze, and other luxuries were visible to the eye.
"I do have very fine rum here, but you two are condemned to water as your first drink." Which she placed the filled icy glass in front of Jacob as he leaned on the bar. "And you are condemned to two. I don't go against a Doctor to be's order."
Bryn's emerald gaze shifted to the Captain when Jacob mentioned the drinks were free. "There is no service expected for anything in this bar. Save for one bottle. That bottle has viking ale that has aged twelve hundred years in it. And I do ask for a service, if you are not drinking it with me. That service is usually determined at a future date. Same goes for the top shelf drinks in my other bar, on the third wheel, and top shelf doesn't mean everything below it is crap, I don't water down my drinks unless it is requested." The through the whole speech she did let her eyes travel over the blond man. And she wasn't shy about it either. And at the end her lower lip was captured by her teeth. Before she turned to Jacob.
"Just what kind of services might you two be able to give, just out of curiosity." The pirate smelled good, and you couldn't say that for many of his ilk. But Jacob. Jacob smelled of old London. And while her eyes didn't roam over him like they had with the captain, she did offer him a smile. Because good memories came with that scent.
