Edward rolled his eyes at Jacob's comment but didn't get much of a chance to say anything afterwards. The floor had started to move them along, which definitely caught Edward off-guard. How was that happening? Was that normal? What was wrong with just walking? He looked a little baffled, while trying to concentrate on what Sophia was saying as well as his new surroundings. There was a lot to take in. How much further until they reached the bar?
He caught sight of the gas giant in the distance and his mouth fell open. They truly were among the stars. It was a miracle, truly. He looked out the windows with a look of awe in his dark brown eyes. He had explored the waves with his ship and his crew. Was it possible now to explore the stars?
"Are we able to find a place and claim it as our own?" asked Edward. Of course, he was going to have to find a place to call his own, especially if they were staying on the station. Perhaps he could always convince Jacob to either live with him or nearby. Something about the other man made him feel less lonely and in a time where he had been through a great deal, loneliness would made for a terrible companion.
