When she caught up with him her collar was still high though the white bowtie had been replaced by a red one and she was now wearing a red carnation boutonniere. Her white-gloved hand wrapped around his arm just above his elbow and she lightly pulled him in the direction of the shops and stalls, "Come on, let's see if anyone we know is losing out on image rights and other royalties. Also, if someone came up to you and remarked on your Constantine costume there has to be something around here with your face on it and I'm feeling the urge to redecorate your place."
She was pushing it a little but John would know it wasn't anything malicious. They both knew too well how to hurt each other if that was what they really wanted.
While John might have wanted the attention on her, and there were a few con-goers who did take a good long look at her legs, it seemed he was getting just as much attention. A few people made comments as they moved through the crowd though they were less enthusiastic about it than the first man to stop them. Zee gave them smiles and 'thank yous' but was quick to move John along as much as she could. Walking by the tables of collectibles the glint of something gold caught her attention and she reached out for John again, pulling him away from someone who was clearly about to ask for a picture of them, saying something including 'favorite' and 'couple' that Zee didn't quite catch. She nodded toward the distinctive and very familiar helmet on display, "It's moments like this that I wished Nabu knew how to text."
