John was dressed in his usual attire, minus his shorter trench coat. That had been ruined long before he had been rescued. Instead he wore a longer version of his trench coat, the collar up as normal. He wore a white shirt with a black tie and black trousers and black shoes. He looked far less prepared than Bryn but he was. His protections were hidden in the form of wards on his body. They had more rushed than he would have liked but he knew they would hold.
"Nothing in particular" John replied with an impartial shrug of his shoulders, looking away from Bryn briefly. "Nergal's going to have more eyes out on the look out for us, especially after that lovely little break in" he said, looking back at Bryn again, mischief in his eyes. "You lot made him look like a proper fool, his confidence has been chipped at meaning he's more vulnerable, but he's more volatile" the mage smiled deviously. "We can probably use that to our advantage. Get close to him. We just need to figure out how to get to him without raising any alarms" he paused. "Literal or figurative alarms..." he added, taking a drag from his cigarette.
