Belle grinned as she heard the beautiful sound of Adam singing and getting closer. She found herself humming along by the time he walked through the door. She had a gift hidden away for him too, two books - one on what to expect during the first year of a baby's life and a a french children's book for them to read to their little one. She might give it to him as her way of sharing the news, or tell him directly. It was so hard to decide - either way was exciting.
"Check your phone to make sure it's off." She teased in French. "You wouldn't want to share Dan's luck." Curse was too strong a word for the phone glitches, given Adam's history. She fiddled with place settings for a moment, making sure it was just right. Mrs. Potts would be proud. She then walked over to greet him properly. "Welcome home, my mighty swordsman." She watched enough to make sure no one was getting hurt, and to see Adam. As romantic as fencing could be, it couldn't compare to her news. She might have let her secret slip to the other spectators, and Adam was the one to be told first. "Is the tournament over?"
