"It's not my London either" John replied with a casual shrug. "I spent some time here when I left home, but this isn't exactly the same as my London. There's some things that are the same but not everything. Not the interesting bits" he smirked. He had considered hopping on a train and visiting Liverpool, but again, it wasn't his England. Newcastle was out, that brought back too many bad memories. He doubted he'd ever go back there. Not unless he had a really good reason to.
"Whatever we do, maybe we should get out of the city" he suggested. "I haven't been back in England for a while. There wasn't exactly much here for me" he shrugged. Which was sort of true. He had his sister and her family, but everything else? Too many painful memories. Too much trouble, waiting for him to come back.
