John didn't particularly care if he got any odd looks, although he did prefer to go unnoticed. Unless he wanted the attention, in which case, he was rather good at getting it. For the time being, he walked through the streets of London with Gen by his side. It wasn't his London. Not really, which he had discovered after looking around. No sign of Map, no sign of certain dodgy clubs. Not the ones he knew of but there were a few around he didn't know about. It felt strange to John. Being in a city he knew so well and yet didn't know well at all.
The Englishman smoked while they walked, moving to get away from the crowds. It was worse around Christmas time but that was to be expected. Thankfully things had went back to normal, and John was comfortable with that level of busy.
"Anything you fancy seeing while we're here?" John asked, turning his head briefly to look at Gen before turning back to face the front again. He brought the cigarette up to his lips and took a short drag, smoke and warm breath on cold air mixing together seamlessly.
