Q's response wasn't something that James would ever have expected, and he could't help but smile a little. He would always find him? That really was far beyond the call of duty- but surely James should have known by now that their relationship had gone beyond the strictly professional. He knew that it was an emotional defect on his part that it had taken him so bloody long to figure that out, but perhaps it was better late than never.
"Good. Good, we- we'll get you back, get you something to eat and you can rest," he told him. He squeezed gently at his shoulders, silently telling him that that was it- eat and rest, no more tonight.
"Yes, I'm fine, don't you worry about me," he smiled, and let his hands slide down Q's arms before he pulled him close again. "You're all right, now."
