"Because I cannot find them anymore..." Crowley stated in an 'isn't that obvious'-tone. He had contemplated this long and hard - he had nothing else to do after all. Nothing made sense. So he was faced with two options: either another entity - this girl - had brought them here or god had completely gone off his rockers and decided to go through with a new experiment. Ineffable in its most ludicrous form.
He ignored option three. Option three was... no. This was not option three.
All of them let to one thing: his car was gone. His plants. His apartment. The food. He hadn't even listened to Queen since he got here. He missed Queen. Most importantly, though, his best friend was gone.
Life sucked.
"It's just us now." He stepped towards the priest. "You. Me. That's all that's left of Christianity." Sadness, as usual, turned to spite within the demon's blood. "You know... you should feel lucky. God hates your guts anyway. That heaven you are all working towards? It's like an eternal bingo evening." He leaned closer. The next words were spoken like the words of upcoming doom. "Where. Everyone. Wins. All. The. Time." He drew back and watched the priest. Clearly, he had proven his point.
