John nodded. "All right. Fair enough" he replied. "I can understand that..." he trailed off, unscrewing the cap from the flask. He took a quick nip from it, trying to gather his thoughts. A plan continued to form in the back of his mind. Leylines and maps were drawn out in his mind. Connecting points, powerful rituals... What if the station could be adapted with artificial leylines, drawn out between precise spots on the station? And what if the magic created by that could be used to not only protect the station, but perhaps keep it hidden from any possible invaders? Not only that, if the Leylines ran near or under the Sea God... Would it help him? He thought about Loki for a moment. That would be something he might have to deal with if he went down that route. Still it was something he was seriously considering.
"You can have my prayers. My dedications. But I can't promise you any one elses" he said slightly distantly. His background thoughts were starting to get louder. "I have some ideas, some thoughts on how to help you. But I need to do a lot more research first. Unless of course, you have any suggestions?" he asked, taking another swig from the flash before closing it.
