Getting accustomed to the change of scenery was taking some time. And with that came Johns need to explore. His need to understand and make sense of things. He didn't want to give up on some useless hope that perhaps things would change. Perhaps he'd find out where he really was. Maybe even the Legends would come and save him? But if he truly was trapped in another universe, would they even be able to locate him?
He had a lot on his mind. John always had a lot on his mind. He carried his past like Atlas holding up the sky, a burden he could never rid himself off. He would never forgive himself for all he had been through, all he had done, all the lives lost in his wake.
After a bit of looking around Wheel 1, John found what he could only assume was a park. It was surreal seeing all the greenery. From the tin can space station to the luscious green park, the contrast was certainly a little jarring. The skinny Englishman walked through the park, curious as to what he might find. Ever since he arrived on the station he had a strange feeling about the place. He could sense things he hadn't found yet and he knew there would be trouble. There was always trouble, no matter where he went or what he did, trouble always managed to find him. Apparently being on a space station in another universe wasn't even enough to rid him of that particular problem.
John glanced upwards to see what he could see, but before he had the chance, he spotted someone. Oh sure, he had spoken to people through the network but this was the first person he had spotted in the flesh. And she was cute too... Taking a pack of cigarettes from his pocket, he took one out and lit it, walking over to where the stranger was sitting.
"A'right luv. I was starting to think I wasn't going to see anyone on this bloody station" he said, offering a bit of a smile. He was charming when he wanted to be. Especially when he thought he could get something.
