He walked over once Brenna gave him permission, undoing his belt as he did so before just letting his jeans drop to the floor once he was beside the bed. He picked them up and folded them, then set them on the very end of the bed, along with his shirt. He kept his tee-shirt on, though. It was baggy and just a bit too long for him, but he didn't care.
Then he quickly moved up the bed so that he was sitting beside her, but he didn't go under the covers and he made no move to touch her just yet. "Someone might be responsible, I guess," he admitted, looking round at Brenna, "but I don't know all the tales. Or any of the spells. I was just going by what other people have told me about that island we went to."
