"Yes, quite..." he mused. He could write to her father, but presumably she had already left and he would just be causing an old man a lot of stress that could end up being completely unnecessary. He did consider that Colonel Crawley might be helpful, but considering his recent ill health and attachment to Commander Shepard, he decided against suggesting it for now. He could be a last resort.
"A title?" he repeated, utterly perplexed. "Why the deuce would you need a title?" he asked. It wasn't as if he had a title himself, and he really didn't expect her to pretend to be anything other than she was. Perhaps missing out the part about being from the future and outer space.
