“Thank you,” he told Loki, genuinely glad for his response. It was merciful, and that was all he wanted now. He looked to Bryn with a slight pang if guilt. After all, he was really saying that he’d rather be dead than be what she was. “No, it’s... it’s the end of the line for me, I think,” he told her. He wondered, briefly, what would become of his son. He was in good hands. No need to worry to much on it.
