Calypso it seemed the Mer community was getting smaller and smaller on the space station. She didn't socialize much but it left her feeling lonely. It was just her and Red. And maybe that was what urged her to sit up on the edge of her little pool in the club, and sing her little heart out. Now some people weren't susceptible to the call of the siren at all. But some were drawn in like bees to honey. Usually that was all the song was used for, to draw in customers. Sometimes it was used to change the mood that settled over the crowd in the club, say if they were feeling extra prickly because of the phase of the moon. Or the ways of the world left a number of bodies feeling a little depressed, she gave them a little pick me up. Because the world didn't need a bunch of supernaturals out in it all boozed up and sad. But the songs were never ever malicious. And this one wasn't. A lazy movement really. Her shoulders swayed with the beat. Loose glittering top colored as if from another fish. (Ooc: What does this mean for your character? Well nothing if you don't want it too. But if you do, it affects them in whatever way you want. There is no written rule saying what one song should make anyone feel. And if it made one person feel one thing it could make another feel something entirely different.)
