Staying healthy meant getting plenty of exercise, and Richie believed in practicing what he preached. So he made a point to jog at least three miles a day along with doing weights three times a week. He'd gotten the weights done earlier and was finishing the jog now.
Coming to a stop below one of the trees he took a drink of water from his water bottle and checked his time: 28 minutes, not bad at all. Setting his bottle down he started to stretch so he wouldn't cramp up.
