"Never ever," he joked. "My hair isn't long enough to fork, anyway." Rohan paused and seemed to squint, perhaps debating if he wanted to make such a lewd joke to follow. Deciding on being a gentleman he simply went about playing the tune.
When he was done he lowered the flue from his lips and rose to pierce the surface once again. "I should thank you for listening." He said. "My people typically sing to cast songspells; but I am much like the flat-toned seagull and cannot sing. So I play this." As if to demonstrate he took a breath while it was still fresh from having been below the water and played a brief, zippy little song only maybe three measures long. Between the two of them the water formed itself up into a dripping ball of water...which they grew orange and red as it became a waterglobe, a lantern of light.
"Ta da~" Rohan grinned. "You can touch it, too." A delicate hand, as if still wielding magic, tapped the bottom of the globe and it broke the surface gently and continued to float upon it like any old toy ball.
