"All the families? Even Loki's descendants?" The question escaped Lucy's lips without a thought. She couldn't help being curious. Everything she knew about her grandfather pointed to the island never accepting him, in any timeline. She teleported herself to the other end of the pool before the droplets reached her and teleported herself back, giving him a playful grin.
Lucy closed her eyes for a second, trying to picture it. As hard as she tried, an island with everything needed was impossible to envision. "I never knew of any princess in my time. Perhaps she's back in your time. In a castle." She suggested as she opened her eyes again. She was never the best at giving comfort. She usually let Rachel Cuddy or one of the others handle it. She wanted to make the effort for Rohan though.
"There was a princess on land and a kingdom under the sea? Was everyone being ruled by royalty?" Lucy may have been taking him too literally, at least it still sounded better than the man's tyranny.
