He relaxed even further when the curtains were pulled, then moved closer to Arthur. "Of course I do. I have a way with words, or so I'm told." He reached up to wipe the constant tears away, laughing softly for no real reason other than he could see (sort of) and Arthur was there.
The indistinct blob of coloured shapes that was Arthur was abruptly right in front of him, so he grabbed a hold of the other man and then pulled him into a rather tight hug. His relief at no longer being blind was almost overwhelming, and the slight shake he'd felt as he put the sunglasses on was nothing compared to how he felt right there and then. Closing his eyes, he let his head drop until his forehead was resting on Arthur's shoulder, before twisting his head and moving so that he had his face tucked in against Arthur's neck. He then proceeded to make a liar out of himself as he repeated "It's over," and "Thank you," over and over again, mouthing them into Arthur's skin.
