Thomas nodded. His books clicked with every step as he strolled towards the boxes. He could feel her presence but thankfully her state made the hunger easy to suppress. While it might not care about grief and tragedy, he did. But he could take it all away and make her forget, a voice whispered. Teeth gritted, he willed it away.
