He gave her a wink and despite his internal promises to himself not to flirt too much he remembered he had a hard time controlling his charisma. Rohan was well aware of the fact of how his words sounded when they came out--he was too friendly, not off-putting or the sort of friendly you'd feel weird about coming from a strange man but more like that Southern Charm friendly without the accent. Regardless, he was equally as flirtatious as he was charming and made no apologies for it.
"I'll dance, sing, or play any instrument you like! All you need do is ask, my fair lady." And he bowed playfully in reply. His grin remained as he continued, eyes focusing in on her and the request at hand. The future? His home? Easy.
"It's magnificent," Rohan began as he swam around her once and back to his phone. He looked through it to try and find pictures to show her, of which he only found a few. Most of the images, had she looked while he scanned through--he made no effort to hide any of them--were of his friends, or "selfies," or things like food and drinks.
"The sea is so alive and Miromara never gets cold. Never. There are hundreds of us, which I guess sounds small if you consider the world but for here it's healthy and lively and full. There's always laughter and joy. There are children playing and learning their song spells. The creatures are harmonious--we even have a few omnivox who perform shows with the sharks!" He chuckled as he turned the phone to show her pictures of the sea, of a shark show, of the land just off of the pier.
"I shouldn't make it sound like people never have problems...but they aren't....whatever this is." He motioned around to signify this war that had gone on. "But this had to happen to make the world where I am. We hear tale of it in school. The Battle for the Spire. The Man dies. But there are others who still play with us and make games; change our forms. It's all in good fun and I've never seen anyone harmed by it. We aren't controlled like mindless puppets. It's free and fun. Sometimes, you can even ask for something and it will happen. That's usually how I was able to get on land to see my friends for special events or emergencies."
