Who: TK and Jake
Where: The ruined church
What: Reunion
When: After this
Rating: TBD - probably low. Mentions of the dark future
Open: No
Status: Thread in progress

TK had stayed to the shadows for most of that first day since he'd arrived. This place was too neat, too clean and bright. It was home, but at the same time not and there were so many more people alive now.

His parents were alive. His aunts and uncles.

It had taken a bit of work for him to figure out how to use a phone. The last time he'd used one was when he'd been a little boy and his mom had given him hers as a distraction for him and his sister. It seemed the best way to figure out what was going on, and he was right. 2017! He hadn't even been born yet.

At least uncle Jake was here, the one from his time. That was a comfort, the man was the closest thing to a father he'd ever known since his own had died when he was so little. He'd have a plan, know what to do. TK knew fuck all, which wasn't a familiar feeling.

Why were they here? The Bastard teasing them with what had been lost?
