"If you like," the man agreed with a nod. He looked down on her, assessing her, as she spoke. As her hands came to settle, Kylo took one and idly ran his fingertips around it. Those were such incredibly kind words to say to someone who had terrorized entire planets, who had wanted to slay his father, and who held only a dark, wickedness in his heart.
But she had never seen those things; not outside of some documentary. She had only seen him as someone far more human because that's what this place did to you. It made you human and humane.
"I am...glad to hear that," Kylo said as he sat up straight with a smirk upon his face in return to that glitter in her gaze and those words. He'd make her pay for it later. Quietly, as he turned around and reached for the handle bars, he spoke back to her.
"You make it feel as if the light is truly the correct path, when I have only ever felt darkness."
